This pool is great from 10a - 1p, when it’s adults only, after that it’s a free for all. Volleyball net taking up half the pool. People openly vaping. Lifeguards ignoring everything. Got hit in the head twice with random balls being thrown. Reminds me of hurricane harbor on the 4th of July. Go to Borgata instead, they have a great adults only pool.

I recently stayed at Harrah’s Atlantic City with my family, and unfortunately, the experience left me extremely disappointed. We chose to stay at the resort expecting that the amenities and overall experience would justify the significant amount we spent on our accommodations. However, the pool policy was a major disappointment and negatively impacted our stay. One of the biggest issues was Harrah’s policy that only two guests are permitted complimentary access to the pool, while additional guests are required to pay an extra fee. For a family traveling together, this policy feels unreasonable—especially after already spending a substantial amount on a resort hotel. Our family consisted of two adults and two children. We were shocked to learn that, despite paying to stay at the resort, we would have to pay an additional fee simply for our entire family to enjoy the hotel pool together. We were not asking for anything unreasonable; we simply wanted to use an amenity that we reasonably expected would be part of the resort experience. The additional pool charges made the stay feel less like an inclusive resort experience and more like being charged separately for every amenity. When a

Poor hours. Closed at 5p. I had to pay 10$ for my boys. Also no towels were given out. Pool is small. Lifeguards played on phone and did poor job. So a lot of 50+ year old being extra handsy. Not just PDA but extra extra. Bartenders were best part. Hours were the worst. Plus cost. Plus seating. No where to put your stuff. Only 20- 40 chairs.

So i usually always stay at harrahs for the adult pool, but i learned my lesson. I will not be coming back. I’m here for memorial weekend and the pool is full of kids. They now let them come to the pool with a BAR after 1pm. Couples are kissing and doing adult things right in front of them. While kids are jumping on floaties. I don’t have kids so i don’t care but why take the luxury away from paying adults. Mind you they have a family pool on the fourth floor. So again why ? And come to find out the lockers aren’t working i have a $6000 Chanel bag with me and i ask the manager any suggestions since the lockers aren’t working he says keep an eye on it . . . I won’t be returning i truly only stayed here for the adult pool anyway but now that they allow kids in i can technically stay anywhere in AC it was fun while it lasted

Im a diamond member at caesars and have been here many times(between 10 and 15 times), I personally enjoy the pool and love to come here. HOWEVER, Ive noticed a concerning level of unprofessionalism from the staff and have noticed MOST of the mistreatment is directed towards minorities and foreigners while most white people never have an issue. The pool is great, the hot tub can be dirty depending on when you go, the staff is meh. Ill give the atmosphere an 8, the pool a 7, the staff a 3 and the hot tub a 3. I just want people to know exactly what to expect, from someone that has had many experiences here.
